The HLO hiring process

1. Application + 15-Minute Speed Meet

Once you’ve applied for a position at HLO, we’ll review your application within two working weeks. If we believe you’re a strong fit, we’ll be excited to schedule a short call to get to know you better!

2. Interview

In our second meeting, whether in person or online for our international candidates, we’ll dive deeper into the specifics of the role and our team. Following that, you’ll complete a personality test and a role-specific assignment to showcase your talents. We can’t wait to see how you’ll impress us!

3. Value check

Based on your personality test and assignment, we’ll assess how well your values align with HLO’s in our third meeting. We’re eager to discover how your unique strengths could enhance our team!

4. Decision time

We’ll be in touch as soon as possible to share our decision and let you know if we’re excited to bring you on board. Amazing times are ahead!
